Washington Man Arrested Near Lakeview With Marijuana, LSD, Mushrooms

Oregon State Police troopers arrested a Seattle, WA man Tuesday, after ten pounds of marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and LSD were all found in his vehicle. Troopers pulled over Russell Jay Heller, 46, for speeding Tuesday afternoon. During an investigation, the drugs were found throughout the vehicle. Heller was arrested, taken to Lake County Jail, where he faces a long list of charges, including Unlawful Possession, Delivery and Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, as well as an outstanding warrant from Jackson County.
